This policy applies to orders placed through iMicrodosing.com and the iMicrodosing client fulfillment portal. By placing an order, completing checkout, receiving order confirmation, or continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping, delivery, replacement, and carrier terms below. No separate physical acknowledgement is required.

Order Processing Schedule

• Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.
• Same-day shipping cutoff: Orders received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time are scheduled to ship the same day.
• Orders received after 2:00 PM Pacific Time may still ship the same day when operational capacity allows.
• Orders that cannot be shipped the same day will ship on the next scheduled shipping day.
• The ship date means the date the order is transferred to the carrier. It does not guarantee the delivery date.

Domestic Shipping Coverage and Cost

• Standard domestic shipping is available nationwide within the United States at no additional cost.
• Domestic shipments are sent through UPS or USPS, depending on destination, carrier routing, and operational efficiency.
• Most standard domestic shipments arrive within approximately 3 business days from the ship date.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Expedited Shipping Options

Expedited shipping fees are paid for carrier services and are non-refundable. Carrier delays may occur due to weather, transportation disruptions, routing limitations, customs processing, operational constraints, or other conditions outside of iMicrodosing.com control.

Overnight Shipping Schedule Disclosure

• Overnight delivery is available for eligible orders shipped Monday through Thursday.
• Friday overnight notice: Orders shipped on Friday using Next Day Delivery will typically be delivered on Monday, not Saturday, due to carrier operating schedules.
• Saturday delivery is a separate carrier service and must be confirmed based on the delivery address.

International Shipping

• International shipping may be available to Canada, Europe, and Australia.
• International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier routing.
• International delivery timelines are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
• International shipping fees and options are calculated at the time of order.
• Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with all local import rules, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and regulations applicable in their location.
• Customs processing, customs holds, inspections, import restrictions, or government delays are outside of iMicrodosing.com control.

Shipping Address Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping information before checkout is completed.
• This includes the correct recipient name, street address, unit or apartment number, city, state or province, postal code, country, phone number, and any location-specific delivery details.
• iMicrodosing.com is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, returned shipments, or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address information.
• If an address correction is needed, the client must contact iMicrodosing.com as quickly as possible before the order is transferred to the carrier.

Carrier Responsibility

• Once an order has been transferred to UPS, USPS, or another carrier, the carrier assumes responsibility for physical delivery.
• Carrier scans, routing updates, delivery estimates, delivery attempts, weather delays, and delivery exceptions are controlled by the carrier.
• iMicrodosing.com remains available to help review tracking information and assist with carrier-related issues when possible.

Delivery Guarantee and Replacement Commitment

iMicrodosing.com stands behind successful delivery of every order. If a shipment is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, iMicrodosing.com will provide a replacement shipment at no additional product cost.

• Carrier confirmation is required before a replacement shipment can be issued.
• Replacement shipments apply to carrier-confirmed lost packages only.
• Replacement shipments do not apply to ordinary delays, weather delays, customs delays, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, refused packages, returned packages, or situations where the package is marked delivered by the carrier.
• If a package is marked delivered but the client cannot locate it, the client should first check the delivery area, household members, building staff, neighbors, mailbox, parcel locker, and carrier delivery photo or delivery notes when available.

Food-Grade Fulfillment and Final-Sale Policy

• Products offered through iMicrodosing.com are intended for personal consumption and are treated as food-grade fulfillment items.
• Capsules, Chocolate Bites, gummies, honey, whole dry mushrooms, packages, and other ingestible or food-grade products are final sale once shipped.
• Because these products are intended for personal consumption, returns, exchanges, or refunds cannot be accepted after fulfillment.
• This shipping policy does not create any return, exchange, or refund right after an order has shipped.
• Carrier-confirmed lost packages may still be eligible for replacement under the replacement commitment above.
